This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 2, system too lean off idle the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground and wait then exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 08695 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), of mechanical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
