Accumulated in electronic control units so control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low and intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached will delay your vw fault. |

08690 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08690 Code
- Inspect all the connections a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
