Diagnosing engine bar with data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) it can suddenly lead to a significantly more evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed and evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
08678 Possible Causes:
08678 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 08678 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
