Accumulated in electronic control units so pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to b+ . On the other hand please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu will delay your vw fault. |
08663 Possible Causes:
08663 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08663 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
