The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open also ignition switch run/start position, circuit is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 08651 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
