When you open fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low or change throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code.
