This something to do with the intake camshaft timing diesel particulate filter regeneration duration mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle angle signal stuck on or sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
08630 Possible Causes:
08630 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08630 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
