08623 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management request input signal b, high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit and wait then secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
08623 Possible Causes:
08623 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 08623 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
