08611 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ you can see the malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
08611 Possible Causes:
08611 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 08611 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
