This something to do with the intake camshaft timing crash shut-down activated run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high or controller pin coding, implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
08608 Possible Causes:
08608 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 08608 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
