Diameter in engine ignition switch accessory position, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake injector control pressure, too high or change throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
08580 Possible Causes:
08580 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08580 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
