Staring in engine cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
08545 Possible Causes:
08545 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08545 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
