Diameter in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ also transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |

08544 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08544 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
