Diagnosing engine bar with nox sensor bank 1, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition switch run/start position, circuit also reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
08538 Possible Causes:
08538 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 08538 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
