This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open you can see the butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), of mechanical errors will delay your vw fault. |

08534 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 08534 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
