When you open reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses . So for next intake manifold runner bank 2, high temperature is the final reason of the code. |
08525 Possible Causes:
08525 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08525 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
