08522 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, malfunction . So for next starter interlock, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
08522 Possible Causes:
08522 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 08522 Code
- Inspect all the connections park/neutral switch input circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
