This something to do with the intake camshaft timing glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean you can see the activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
08519 Possible Causes:
08519 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08519 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
