Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2 you can see the torque management feedback signal "a", range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

08515 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08515 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
