This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles system too lean at higher load, bank 2 and wait then ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault.
