Staring in engine o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 2 sensor 1 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses or o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08504 Possible Causes:
08504 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08504 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
