The problem is about ignition switch accessory position, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ also fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
08498 Possible Causes:
08498 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
