This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration you can see the rough road / acceleration sensor, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code.
