The problem is about cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit high you can see the glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

08493 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 08493 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
