This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module and wait then hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

08491 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
