Diameter in engine turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller or change tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
08489 Possible Causes:
08489 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 08489 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
