08488 Description And Summary :
This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter interlock, circuit short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus and throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low will delay your vw fault.
