This code were stamped on VW Engine case motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption and ignition coil 'h' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08461 Possible Causes:
08461 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 08461 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
