08456 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start event data recorder request, circuit / open or change valve for torque support mount, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
08456 Possible Causes:
08456 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08456 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
