Diameter in engine exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal or ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
08454 Possible Causes:
08454 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08454 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
