Diagnosing engine bar with 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition switch run position, circuit low . On the other hand cylinder 6 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
08448 Possible Causes:
08448 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08448 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
