08425 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault egr system, regulation range exceeded retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+ and power supply terminal 30, voltage too low is the final reason of the code. |
08425 Possible Causes:
08425 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08425 Code
- Inspect all the connections minimum throttle position, not learned
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
