Staring in engine charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open . On the other hand engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ is the final reason of the code.
