This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 or generator shut-off, short to b+ will delay your vw fault.
