Staring in engine intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ecm/pcm power input, signal high also automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
08419 Possible Causes:
08419 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08419 Code
- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
