This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit and signal buzzer activation, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
08405 Possible Causes:
08405 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08405 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 3 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
