This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel pump, mechanical malfunction also reversing light, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault.

08400 Possible Causes:
