The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low also exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
08386 Possible Causes:
08386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 08386 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
