Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbo/super charger, under-boost condition also mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high is the final reason of the code. |
08385 Possible Causes:
08385 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 08385 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
