Diameter in engine bank 4, o2 correction behind catalyst, b1, limit attained it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges and fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
08383 Possible Causes:
08383 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08383 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
