Staring in engine o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction . On the other hand exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration is the final reason of the code. |
08381 Possible Causes:
08381 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 08381 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
