08365 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine cylinder 5 above knock threshold the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low also diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
08365 Possible Causes:
08365 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 08365 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
