This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake air heater "a", circuit open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles turbo/super charger, under-boost condition . So for next valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), regulation range exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
08357 Possible Causes:
08357 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 08357 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel additive control module warning lamp request
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
