Accumulated in electronic control units so water in fuel condition retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start clutch pressure, adaptation at limit and turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |
08343 Possible Causes:
08343 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 08343 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
