This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low . On the other hand transmission ratio, implausible is the final reason of the code. |
08341 Possible Causes:
08341 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 08341 Code
- Inspect all the connections reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
