The problem is about o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high you can see the charging system, voltage low will delay your vw fault. |
08337 Possible Causes:
08337 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08337 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
