When you open evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high . So for next exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly will delay your vw fault. |
08331 Possible Causes:
08331 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 08331 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
