The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system shift up/down wire, open / short to ground . On the other hand o2 sensor signals swapped bank 2 sensor 2 / bank 2 sensor 3 is the final reason of the code.
