08304 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 2, system too rich off idle to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open and wait then o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
08304 Possible Causes:
08304 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08304 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, implausible message from brake controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
