This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles control module, coding fault and data bus powertrain, no message from transmission controller (tcu) will delay your vw fault. |
08289 Possible Causes:
08289 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 08289 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent
