When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 or engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
08263 Possible Causes:
08263 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 08263 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
